(OTCBB:ATNG) announced today the completion of the purchase of Blue Kiwi Inc., a nutraceutical company. ATNG's requirements for the acquisition have been completed.
According to Robert Simpson, Chairman-CEO of ATNG, "We are pleased to be finalizing the purchase of Blue Kiwi. Blue Kiwi operations have been managed by ATNG for several months, and Blue Kiwi has met the requirements for this acquisition as determined by audit and is expected to be operating at a profit within 90 days if unforeseen expenses are not incurred."
Blue Kiwi should enhance ATNG's gross profit. ATNG's progress to date is measured by the substantial balance sheet improvements through debt reduction. According to George Singer, President-CEO of Blue Kiwi, "We believe that Blue Kiwi's aggressive media campaign scheduled to start in mid September will be successful to the extent that it will strain our resources to produce Fatigue Pack(TM) and PMS Pack(TM). Initial customer response is very, very positive."
The purchase of Blue Kiwi includes all assets, trade secrets, trademarks, intellectual property, etc. The Blue Kiwi product line is based on 12 years of research related to the immune system managing growth of a bloodborne bacterium in humans.
