I'm beginning to think there's not much to learn here after all.
I'm still pretty new to the game, but here is what I see:
CXIN (China Xin Media Network) became BTSI on the 6th of this month. The shares are highly diluted, and if it's going to get anywhere, a reverse split will likely take place. It seems to have been doing nothing but going down.
I'd say it's a good one to stay away from.

Ok, I'll try to give you a real response. The companys been in free fall lately for a couple of reasons. On September 30th a majority vote of the shareholders voted to remove all directors and officers of the company and appoint 1 person to fill all of those roles, a Mr. Jean-Francois Amyot. I can't find anywhere if there was a "true" shareholder vote or if one or two insiders had the controlling interest. At that same meeting they approved a 1 for 20 reverse split with no date specified so it could be coming any day now. They have 500 million authorized with about 350 million outstanding. No revenues in the last year but they do seem to have some decent products in the pipeline.
If it wasn't for that reverse split that WILL happen sometime soon, this might be one to take a small chance on. With the reverse upcoming, I'd leave it alone.

Thanks for the response I understand what your saying. I do have a feeling that many other hls stocks will follow TASR up the ladder just curious as to why it was still at the penny level thanks again
