Given the high concentration of the Canadian auto industry and auto parts manufacturers in the province of Ontario, management felt it was essential to establish a presence to enable the Company to capitalize on emerging opportunities. The Company is currently assessing two such opportunities. This branch of the Company will be responsible for channeling Canadian based business opportunities to both AmeriChip International and AmeriChip Tool and Abrasives for processing.
