They filed for an extension and said they will file by 8/20 But check out the preliminary numbers. They are claiming they have revenues of $1.2 million this quarter with a net profit of $60K Not much, but in penny land, that is impressive. Not too many pennys turn a profit. If they do file by 8/20 look out for this one. Keep an eye on it because historically it moves up very fast on very modest volume. Right now sitting at a very low .014 (Got as high as .045 before last 10Q was released) Good luck, I believe you will be hearing a lot more about this play in the next couple of weeks.
