Global eScience Announces Strategic Alliance Agreement

Global eScience has signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Design Concepts Inc, of Olathe, Kansas.

Virgil Hentz, Chairman and CEO of the Company, stated that Global eScience who is in the business of engineering, design and manufacturing of computer internet associated products and services at its facility in Olathe, Kansas and Design Concepts Inc who is in the business of engineering, design, and manufacturing of electronic instrumentation and microprocessor based products, have agreed to work together to develop and commercialize their individual and joint products.

Hentz continued, "Design Concepts, Inc management team has over 30 continuous years of electronic design and manufacturing experience, which they will use to assist Global eScience to rapidly bring their innovative products to the market. Specifically, Design Concepts, Inc will assist Global eScience with materials procurement, component outsourcing, staffing and supervision of manufacturing personnel, scheduling and production control, while also providing team input for product development and design for manufacturability. Per the terms of the agreement, Design Concepts, Inc will have access to Global eSciences state of the art, automated electronic assembly facility. Design Concepts, Inc manufactures a wide variety of Panel Instrumentation, which includes voltmeters, counters, timers, and process control instruments that display and control strain, pressure, speed and temperature."

Larry Klusman, President of Design Concepts, Inc feels that this alliance provides a significant advantage for both companies.
