GBMI Announces Corporate Update

LONGWOOD, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2004--Global Business Markets, Inc. (OTCBB:GBMI) today announced that the Company has completed production of its first custom hand made guitar design entitled the "GREM Reaper".

The Company is pleased to announce the completion of the GREM Reaper design that the Company considers to be innovative with a radical style and design that is somewhat reminiscent of the guitar designs played by heavy metal bands in the late 1980's. The custom hand made guitar is made of mahogany, purple heart and cherry woods with a sleek finish.

Edward Miers, President/CEO of Global Business Markets, Inc., stated, "I am extremely proud of Greg Reszel, who leads the Company's design and R&D department. Greg's creativity of design and craftsmanship has produced an instrument that I consider to be a heavy metal dream to play. Also, with its artistic and sleek custom neck the guitar can also be considered a piece of artwork. The GREM Reaper is the first of many unique guitar designs on the Company's drawing board."

World Market Share Reporter stated that the United States ranks as the largest musical products market with a size of an estimated $6.7 billion (source Music Trades, December 2000). Additionally, U.S. Market Trends and Forecasts reported, "The compound annual growth rate of the USA musical instruments market over the period 2000-2005 is predicted to be 5.3%."

Global Business Markets, Inc. wishes to capitalize upon the size of the musical products industry and the projected growth rates for the industry. The Company believes that it can design, develop and produce a quality line of custom handmade and mass-produced electric and acoustic guitars, amplifiers and accessories to capture a portion of the sizeable musical products marketplace.

Just be careful. I am not saying there is something wrong with GBMI - but it has been pumped by super email blasts that started weeks ago (and of course - GBMI was higher then). I hope it does well for you but I am too skeptical of these big pumps - every email pumped stock I have "bought into" - I got burned on.

Sgt,
No, I haven't seen their latest guitar. I'm not trying to preach to you or anyone else here but you've got to consider what their chances really are. Granted, there's a chance that this guitar (or axe as they're called) will be the next big thing and even if it's not, you might still turn a few bucks on the hype surrounding it but you've gotta look at the potential. I'm assuming you're in this game to make money and again, while you might turn a quick one playing this, it's not really going anywhere. Don't just look at things that you like or think are cool, look at things that you might hate as well. If you really think about who's going to buy into something, you have to have an extremely wide open mind, don't just focus on your own tastes.

Well - i got another email blast from Grand Stock DICKS (or was that PICKS??) - anyway - I am glad I didn't buy them when they first pushed this thing to me a few weeks ago - I would already be down about 50% plus.

However - NOW they might be right.
You keep blasting out messages about a stock every week - you are bound to score once is awhile.
