PaperClick Mobile Go-Window - a horizontal bar on the screen of a PDA or Smartphone - lets users enter the numerical value of a UPC, EAN, ISBN or PaperClick-generated bar code bar to automatically link to the targeted information.

The Go-Window is NeoMedia's latest product for the worldwide wireless marketplace, following the introduction of PaperClick for Camera Cell Phones(TM) in December, which employed the camera of a Web-enabled phone to take a "picture" of a bar code to link to the Web. NeoMedia's growing product family is based on its patented PaperClick technology, which allows bar codes and other machine-readable identifiers to be directly linked to targeted Web-based information sources. Earlier versions of PaperClick run on Windows®-based PCs and the Palm Pilot® PDA.

Jensen said that the PaperClick Mobile Go-Window is initially available for PDAs and phones, including cell phones and camera cell phones, which are PalmOS(TM)-based. The Mobile Go-Window is certified for use on the Palm(TM) Tungsten C PDA and the Handspring(TM) Treo 600 Smartphone, and compatible with any Palm OS-based device running the Palm Web Browser or the Blazer Web Browser.
