Central Wireless Inc. Announces It Has Been De-Listed from The Berlin Stock Exchange at Close of Business July 2, 2004
Thursday July 8, 7:00 am ET

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 2004--Central Wireless (OTCBB:CWIR - News) announced today that the Company received confirmation that at close of business on July 2, 2004, the Berlin Exchange will no longer permit the trading of Central Wireless Inc.

Central Wireless Inc. has recently been made aware of an unauthorized listing of its common stock on the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange. And during that interval of time the stock price seemed to be dropping for no apparent reason; other US companies have intimated that there was possibly naked shorting on the Berlin Exchange.

Kenneth Brand CEO stated, "we appreciate the cooperation of the Berlin Exchange in terminating CWIR from the Berlin listing, as the company had given no consent or authorization to be listed on the exchange."

I jumped in at .005, Van, been waiting for it to go North. I called them yesterday about the BE listing, and they had already been delisted 7/2. Told them a PR wouldn't hurt, looks like they listened, now I hope we get a pop.

I'm on the list too, not to worry, that whole situation is not important right now. CMKX is going to do what it does until we get a good PR
CWIR's area of operation is GA. They have towers going up in a couple places in GA. You can review there PR's: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CWIR.OB
