Company News and Press Releases From Other Sources:

Motion DNA Makes Arizona State University First Major Client

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jun 29, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Motion DNA Corp. (OTC:MOTD) announced today that Arizona State University has become the first collegiate athletic program to embrace Motion DNA's functional capacity and diagnostic testing of athletes in its program. The deal gives ASU the opportunity to measure the physical ability in each of its 500 athletes prior to return to competition from injuries.
Under the agreement, all Arizona State University athletes will receive a minimum of two Motion DNA analyses per year for the next two years. Each analysis includes a battery of tests designed to offer insight to the risk of major soft tissue injuries to supporting muscles and ligaments in and around the knees, ankles, hips, elbows, shoulders, wrists and spine. The tests may include a 3D look at the stability of each individual joint or segment including ankle and pelvis stability, major contributors to knee injuries. Athletes who receive less than an 80% stability rating of major joints may receive additional testing in an attempt to pinpoint the reason for the low score.

"According to athletic trainers, traditional tests ask the athlete to perform test in a controlled environment, measuring, joint range of motion or eye-balling motion," said Robert Thompson, a member of Motion DNA's advisory board who negotiated and closed the deal Monday in a meeting with ASU head athletic trainer, Ed Orr. "Motion DNA tests allow the athlete to run, throw or perform a specific skill, while gathering crucial information about joint stress, angles, and energy exertion."

"This is a huge step for Arizona State and a great opportunity for Motion DNA," said Zig Ziegler, Motion DNA president. "The summer created some delays for us, but ASU was excited about getting the deal done in time to impact fall sports, including football, men's and women's basketball, cross country and volleyball."

Until Motion DNA launched it analysis program earlier this year, physical testing for athletes was limited to testing subject to the opinion of the athletic trainer, strength coach, or other medical professional performing the evaluation. Motion DNA testing eliminates the guess work for the testing professional and provides accurate, objective data to support the findings. Individual tests include those to identify risks for ACL injuries, lower leg and ankle injuries, elbow and rotator cuff injuries.

Motion DNA expects to officially add Florida State University to its client list later this week. Earlier this year, Motion DNA conducted a series of analysis on former Florida State wide receiver, Anquan Boldin, currently of the Arizona Cardinals and the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year.

According to Ziegler, "Boldin's tests identified a physical limitation, related to a previous minor injury Boldin suffered, and may have been the initial contributor to the non-contact knee injury he suffered while attending Florida State. While we can't be 100% sure ... had Motion DNA testing been available to Boldin at FSU, the injury may have been prevented. We believe the chances would have been reduced."

The issue was addressed through recommendations from Motion DNA's technicians, and Boldin saw an improvement by over 30% in his risk for injury due to the identified physical limitation. "I was getting away on the field with being a great athlete, working around something I didn't even know was a problem," said Boldin. "I was skeptical at first, but Motion DNA helped to pinpoint exactly was preventing me from being as fast as I could be and overloading other parts of my body. Every athlete who wants to maintain their physical ability level should get their motion tested."

Motion DNA Corp. provides diagnostic testing for individual athletes, medical professionals and sports organizations. Motion DNA's biomechanical analyses provides customers with solutions for preventing injuries and improving physical performance levels. Motion DNA's analyses are only designed to identify physical limitations related to strength, mobility, coordination and technique. The athlete, sports coach, athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach or other medical professional must work together to make improvements specific to the affected area.

News from yesterday - this one has to go up soon, but i still want to see some numbers.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jul 1, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Motion DNA Corp. (OTC:MOTD) announced the signing of an endorsement deal with Anquan Boldin of the Arizona Cardinals. The deal with the NFL's Rookie of the Year is expected to generate over $1 million for Motion DNA's research programs in football, and includes a schedule of 24 research camps and clinics over the next two years. The clinics are designed to identify athletes predisposed to knee injuries in football.
Boldin, while apparently in good health, suffered a freak tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee as an athlete at Florida State University. Under the terms of the agreement, Boldin will promote the Motion DNA brand to NFL colleagues and other endorsement partners in an effort to give other athletes the opportunity to reduce their risk of suffering the same fate.

"Anquan is a bright and talented individual," said Robert Thompson of Motion DNA's advisory board. "He recognizes the benefit of Motion DNA's programs because of what he found out about himself. As a result, he wants to help the sports communities become more aware of their risks due to weaknesses they may not even be aware of."

"Motion DNA is for real," added Boldin. "The analysis can tell exactly what your body does to make up for unknown weaknesses, pain and even previous injuries." While the complete results of Boldin's analyses are not available to the public, the company identified issues in Boldin's mechanics that could contribute to other injuries. Boldin has spent part of his off season working on improvements with Motion DNA's staff.

Boldin is available for corporate appearances and participation in additional Motion DNA research and marketing programs. Motion DNA will post a schedule of Anquan Boldin Sports Research Clinics on its Web site over the next two weeks.
