This stock moves on the drop of a hat. The wind blew today and it went through the roof but dropped nicely for another run tomorrow. If we can rally some people here from allstocks and get into this pick tomorrow we could make it run again 100+% within a hour or two. Once again low float, if you can get in at or around .016 and if we can get a few buys to push it past .02 then this will fly way past .04, all it needs is some buying pressure. Empyrean Communications Inc. Reports Acquisition of Basalt Specialty Products, Inc. near Finalization

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 2004--Empyrean Communications Inc. (OTCBB:EPYR - News) announces that talks to acquire all of the shares of Basalt Specialty Products, Inc. (BSP), a NC corporation, through a stock swap, have been completed. The definitive terms for this acquisition that will make BSP a wholly owned subsidiary have been finalized and the acquisition agreement will be signed within the next 3 to 4 weeks.
BSP has leased a factory and offices, totaling 22,750 sq. feet located at 600 E. Main Street, Elkin, NC 28621 and holds $180,000 of raw materials in inventory.
