AmeriChip International Inc. receives first orders for AmeriChip Tool & Abrasives

DETROIT, MI, June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - The Board of Directors of
AmeriChip International Inc. (the Company) (OTC- BB ACHI) is pleased to
announce that it received its first orders for its subsidiary AmeriChip Tool
and Abrasives. The subsidiary has secured the rights to represent the
following lines within the tool and abrasive industry. They include, but are
not limited to Camel, Superior Abrasive and Val-U-Max.

carbide manufacturers and tap and drill manufacturers in the Detroit area.
Successful representation of these lines will enable the Company to generate
approximately $1 million in annual sales.
Ed Rutkowski, President of AmeriChip Tool and Abrasives is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Tom Frasier as Vice President, Sales,
effective immediately. Mr. Frasier brings to the company extensive experience
in this industry dating back to 1979. As a manufacturing engineer Mr. Frasier
has designed and developed cutting tools for the automotive, commercial and
defense industries and developed sales and marketing strategies designed to
increase sales within the tool and abrasive industry. Messrs. Rutkowski and
Frasier have established offices in Plymouth, MI for AmeriChip Tool &
Abrasives.
As part of the Company's intention to source and secure additional
subsidiaries within the automotive industry, Marc Walther, CEO & President of
AmeriChip International Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.
Andreas Roussos as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions, effective
immediately. For the past 14 years Mr. Roussos has been actively engaged as an
international financial consultant to both private and public companies. Mr.
Roussos will be responsible for identifying and negotiating with target
companies and to finalize the due diligence on the companies already being
considered for acquisition. The addition of Mr. Roussos to the AmeriChip
executive team is indicative of the corporate structure being created to allow
