"This study was also commissioned by the medical school in late 2001
and like other studies completed at the Cairo Medial School, we
recently received authorization to release the study and its findings
to the public," said Joanne Clinger, Aquagen's CEO. "The name of this
study is the 'Value of Stabilized Oxygen (Aquagen(R)) In the
Treatment of Hypoxemia.' This study included 60 human patients that
suffered from chronic hypoxemia, or insufficient oxygenation of the
blood," said Clinger.

"The study found that giving Aquagen(R) to the patients resulted in
highly significant increase of blood-oxygen levels (Pao2) over
baseline levels and after a two-week stoppage, the oxygen level was
still significantly higher than baseline. The final conclusions
specifically stated that Aquagen(R) could be a good replacement for
home use of oxygen tanks; could be used safely with patients having
renal or liver impairments; and could be an alternative to standard
hypoxemia therapy because of increased tissue oxygenation and
improved aerobic oxidation, resulting in better use of nutrients in
the body, more energy, improved mental concentration, and improve
quality of life," said Clinger.

"As with the other University of Cairo study, this study has not been
reviewed by the FDA. These are independent studies that show the
efficacy of our Aquagen(R) product for various disorders, conducted by
