Is is it common for penny stocks to run like ONEV, TRPL and others? Or is this just a once in a blue moon type deal? I haven't been in penny land long enough to see any type of trend. Thanks.

I wouldn't say it happens all the time but it's certainly not once in a blue moon either. Somewhere in between the two. I'd say at least once a week one or two take off. Maybe not to the extreme of an ONEV but 100% - 300% runs are pretty commonplace. The hard part is finding them and typically you wind up with one big gainer making up for a whole bunch of losers.
