AWI has appointed InDigiNet as an Authorized Distributor of its complete line of products. The products can be sold through its e-commerce site or through its sales agent network without limitation effective immediately.

Separately, Mr. Lee has been appointed Managing Director of AWI with key accountabilities and responsibilities include leading the strategic direction and subsequent development and implementation of the new business plan. He will also have full operation of profit responsibility and work across all functional verticals (marketing, supply chain and product development).

Mr. Lee is a highly regarded senior executive with over twenty years of experience in upper level management and investment brokerage services. He currently serves as President & Chief Consulting Strategist for A. G. Spencer Corporation, a global consultancy firm that specializes in coaching private and OTCBB publicly traded companies on turnarounds and built-outs. Prior to that, he was Chairman, President & CEO of a diversified Asia-To-America products distributor with over 10,000 products and 1200 shareholders. Before that, he was the President & Chief Operating Officer of the publicly traded The Majestic Companies, Ltd. Prior to joining Majestic; Mr. Lee was First Vice President -- Investments with Sutro & Company.
