American Card Services Launches Internet Platform Permitting Check Cashing Outlets to Load Value to the Ultima Card

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 2004--ACS Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ACSJ - News) announced today that its Ultima Card(TM) reloadable debit cards can now be conveniently loaded via the EmpaSys(TM) internet platform. This web-based platform is specifically designed to be accessible and simple to use for the approximately 11,000 neighborhood financial service centers (check cashers) nationwide, and other merchants that do not process credit cards.
