On May 13, 2004 the Registrant filed a preliminary 14A proxy statement with the Commission regarding the calling of a special meeting of the shareholders (the "Meeting") to consider and vote upon a proposal to effect a 100-for-1 reverse-split of the issued and outstanding shares of the common stock of the Company and to maintain the amount of shares we are authorized to issue at 500,000,000.

The R/S is very Bad NEWS! But NNCO may run before then, who really knows. It stuggled last Friday going up by 30% I believe, so obviously it is still in play.

The LOI to get the oil is pretty hot if it's completed. The RS is holding it down now,but if they say the deal is done before the RS, the stock will soar. That's the important thing now, doing the oil deal.
Factor in the RS, and you have around 1200 shares..What do you think they would be worth if they complete the LOI? That's what you need to think about, and act accordingly. ********************************************* The only thing that I think is funny about NNCO is the PR about the Berlin Exchange, with all the shorting news, why would they list on that?
I don't have any NNCO, and don't plan on buying any, just giving my thoughts on the situation....GLTY
