I bought 100000 shares at .0061 just as the market opened. I hope that this is going to be a good trade. How long should I hold? When should I sell? Help me I am so nervous being this is the first time for me. And please dont laugh at me.

Sgt. You should hold until you feel comfortable with the gains or loss. Don't ever wait for someone to tell you to buy or sell especially in pennyland because the stock may drop faster than you can click sell or buy by the time you wait for a reply. Good LUck.

Don't sell it man!! keep those shares. Thats the reason it fluctuates so damn much is because traders keep selling. buy buy buy!!!

RULE#2 TAKE YOU CASH OFF THE TABLE ASAP. MEANING. WHEN FEASABLE SELL 2/3 RDS TO RECOUP CASH AND SAVE 1/3 FOR FREE. IF AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE DONE YOUR DD AND THINK THE 1/3 IS WORTH KEEPING. IMHO

Sarge-Since you appear new I will give a word about settlement dates. 3 days for the trade to clear after you sell. If you have margin you will be able to buy something else right away but you may have to wait till the clearing date to sell that or at least not use that same money till the trade settles. Four in and out trips with the same money will get you flagged as a day trader and you will only be able to use cleared cash for 90 days or so. Some brokers are stricter but if you have questions people that know a lot more than me can answer them. just didn't want to see you get stuck or upset when the broker is looking for more money from you.
Best of luck -Debi

The first thing I do with higher risk stocks is put in a sell order right after I buy them since I cant watch the market constantly...I just made a fast $500 off USGA by doing that and it wouldnt have been done otherwise... Just use your disgression on what a sell price is... Usually on sub pennies I look to make 33% but that all depends... the 1/3 long idea is good too for companies that you have faith in i.e. real companies that are or becoming fundamentally sound.

And don't forget to pick an exit point on the down side, and stick to it if things get ugly. Don't let your pride get the best of you
