Here's the last two paragaraphs from their PR on the last Q today. They are blood suckers at best and by their own words like "equity offerings" are pumping it up then doing the R/S on our hard earned money. Hell, even I could make a living getting away with this travisty. "FROM TODAYS Q RELEASE"
"Our management anticipates that our current financing strategy of privatedebt and equity offerings will meet our anticipated objectives and businessoperations for the next 12 months. Management continues to evaluateopportunities for corporate development. Subject to our ability to obtainadequate financing at the applicable time, we may enter into definitiveagreements on one or more of those opportunities.
At March 31, 2004, we had $880,982 in total current assets from which topay our obligations. Our current liabilities total $1,684,576. At March 31,2004, we had a cash balance of $104,281."
I lost 87% of my money early on by not recognizing this scam and the crook that runs it. Not bashing, just quoting how they say they make their money and what they did with mine. Do your own DD and recognize this in only my opinion and does not express the opinion of this board. Save your money and find something worth the risk. This one isn't.
