We have received the charter amendment filings from the State of Nevada. We now have 100M Class B Common Shares authorized and the QBIT Common Shares authorized has changed to 3B. There are about 1.9B QBIT Common Shares issued as of this writing.
We have a few days of paperwork ahead and then we will be able to begin issuing the Class B Shares. I will be first to convert all but a trace amount of my QBIT Common Shares. I will tell this group blunt and plain when that happens. We will keep everyone informed as the corporate events unfold.
We have ordered a third NOBO list. There has been much made of account holders having credit for more QBIT Common Shares than the Company has issued. This is actually very commonplace for banking enterprises. Every bank in business has account holders whose total balances are more than the bank has in cash. It is no different for securities owed to customers by brokerages.
The presence of Qbit's Class B Common Stock should correct the dysfunction of our securities interfacing with financial America. It should do this by dramatically pushing down the QBIT Common Stock that is outstanding while encouraging account issuers (brokerages) to own the QBIT Common Shares that they credit to customer's accounts. Again, we will update this Group as things unfold for the Company.
On more important notes. We have experiments underway investigating impulse torque applied to an unbalanced rotating mass. We believe that it may be possible to somewhat "linearize a wobble" as a force on the rotational axle. Propellantless propulsion.
We are closing in on degassing experiments for electrosonocentrifusor that we hope to develop into a turbine like device that uses hydrogen "nanonova" as its energy source.
We're waiting for an isolation transformer to be delivered for Reality Bender and once that's in place, we will have the only quantum controlled web and email server, that we know about anyway. I believe that we will see marked improvement in our bias ratio for email. We're planning political, weather, and financial information interfaces that are driven through the server. The jury is still out on whether or not a dislocate server will work well, or, whether each user will need their own system. Although, the morning after it works well, we just get busy making it better. The work continues.....
The online pharmacy continues to make sales. I will let the Group know as we begin marketing that business.
We will be running a programmed currency trading system for "profitability prototyping" in the coming weeks. The system holds the promise of making money automatically in currency markets. We have run profitability prototypes before in the past and our current effort is the improvement and refining of those efforts. Like everything else, we will notify everyone as things unfold.
