Bought 3/29 @low of the day 0.0010, hasn't done much since. Have a GTC sell for a 30% gain at .0013. Not holding it longterm.
Gateway Announces Update on New Product Line Tuesday March 23, 9:41 am ET
On May 31, 2002, the Company filed with the State of Nevada its amended Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of $0.001 par value common voting stock from 1,000,000,000 to 25,000,000,000.
In August 2002, the Company announced the signing of an agreement with Grandma Hammans Speciality Foods to purchase the entire assets and customer base of the business.
On December 6, 2002, the Company effected a 1 for 25,000 reverse stock split of its Common Stock.
Effective April 16, 2003, Gateway Distributors Ltd. changed its ticker symbol to GWDL. It also effected a 1 for 3000 reverse split of its common stock.

I hope you do know that in Dec, 2002 they did a 25000 to 1 reverse split followed again in April, 2003 by a 3000 to 1 reverse split. They have been dumping Billions on the market and continually doing R/S's. On May 31, 2002, as authorized by the necessary approvals of our board of directors and our majority stockholder, as of the record date of May 10, 2002, we approved the adoption of an amendment (the "May 2002 Amendment") to our articles of incorporation in the form of Attachment A attached hereto, which increased our authorized common stock from 2,000,000 to 25,000,000,000 shares. and Together, Messrs. Guys - believe me (or don't) this is a stock that IF you ARE gonna play the darn thing - based on TA or their never-to-happen PRs - GET IN and GET OUT. Ask anyone holding either this or AFRT (was AFRR, AFRC, etc) AFTER the RSes. And don't bother calling Rick BAiley to ask if he's going to do another RS - He'll tell you "Absolutely Not" and then BOOM! He could care less......

I got an email back from Ternes. she said that the infomercail was almost done and when it was done there would be a PR. this shoulc be on or arounbd april 20th. Be careful with this one. It aleady burned me once and im still holding onto shares i bought at 2x the current price.

Gateway Announces Gateway Venture Holdings Monday May 17, 7:00 am ET
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 2004--Gateway (OTCBB:GWDL - News) announced that it has formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Gateway Venture Holdings, that will allow its customer base to establish credit payment plans. This will allow the company to sell larger quantities and increase its revenues. In addition, the company will expand its business strategy to include real-estate investments, capital financing, and acquisitions. It will be a subsidiary of Gateway and Gateway will have 100% ownership. Rick Bailey, president/chief executive officer, said, "This will allow us to increase our sales by allowing our customers a payment plan based on credit history. We will be aggressively pursuing higher volume sales with our established accounts. It also allows us to compete for the entire customer base. This plan will be tested on our upcoming infomercial at the end of the month when we allow the customer to make three easy payments verses a one time cash payment. Currently, one of the areas that Gateway Venture Holdings is concentrating on is real estate in Las Vegas where the headquarters of Gateway is located. Efforts are being placed on revenue generating ventures. This should help enhance our overall revenues and add to our asset base."
