I like Ameritrade. or ameritrade plus. They have great cust. service... can't be beat in my opinion. but if you re paying 25 bucks for a trade ... its not all that bad... but it can add up I am sure...

I suggest Ameritrade, $10.99 per trade (regardless of volume). That's if you can do it online. Pinksheet stocks were running $29.95 b/c you had to place it with one of their brokers and they only take limit orders on pinksheet stocks. They have a new automated system in place now where everything is voice prompt. Believe it's on $10.99 per trade regardless of shares.

well I just opened ameritrade account. I tried to go about things the cheap way and found out once again that cheap is not alway best as I should have known from past experiences. Thanks for all your advise. I should have ask before starting this new experiment.

I don't know what your going through but I have Ameritrade and I have no problem trading pinks online and only 10.99 per trade with no extra for large orders. Order millions of share at a time in pinks with no problems on a online trade. You do need to apply for margin account so you don't have a 3 day wait after a pink trade but as long as you have a margin your money is available immediately.

Ameritrade or Trading Direct are the brokerages I use and, overall, I'm happy with them. Like Rics1997 said, open a margin account....this gives you greater flexibility with getting in and out of the stocks you trade.
