If I'm understanding my candlesticks this is forming an Ladder Bottom. Time to buy ?

It appears support is @.01. The Ultimate Oscillator is hovering around 50....looks like it's about to turn bearish and the RSI is heading downward. All in all, FWIW, I would wait for it to retrace a bit which I think it will....like I said, it appears support is @.01. Just my humble opinion, of course.....Good luck.
