I've been looking at this one for a while. I'm thinking about buying some. Even though they have diluted the shares (now at about 50 million) at .03 market cap is only 1.5 million! I think they are moving in the right direction.

Look back at other threads on this one. Be VERY CAREFUL but I disagree with Purlgirl and others that everyone should stay totally away and think they may succeed in spite of themselves.
I got in like probably others because of family values, Christian values etc and have been a bit disallusioned with them. They do not care about the stockholder but use the company to fund exclusive 'hollywood' lifestyle, and this has been their history for years as well as diluting the stock then doing a reverse split then diluting it again. Not good trends.
That said if their TV series takes off they may have last laugh and some may spill over to the stockholders. Although I am out if it for now I will more than likely buy back in, but keep it to small position of probably 50 or 75k and look upon it as a pure speculation play. Then if I lose most of my money in it I will figure it as with all such holdings that dont pan out (Which most of those dont but occasionally one hits big)as a tax loss. Just do DD on their past history before sinking much in it.

This is beyond me because nowhere on there website can you see a picture of what this toy looks like up close. If I missed it, please point me in the right direction. There's a tiny picture on the ordering page at their store, but you can't really make it out. Are people buying the toy sight unseen? Do you know of anywhere on the web we can get a look at this "Cuddlebug" or do you have to buy the video to know what it is? Would you invest based on the possible popularity of the show when it airs, or on the success you believe the toy will have? Marketing to kids can be pretty huge, but I don't know much about the audience, since I don't have any. Anyone with 2-5 year olds here care to take a look at this? I'm not saying it won't take off, just too many questions I can't guess the answers to. Would love to be in on the next toy craze, though.

I watched this one a few years ago (I think its ticker was RMOO back then): I didn't like it then, so I took it off of my watch-list. It does, however, look like its most recent downturn has ended, and this stock does tend to spike nicely from time to time. It's back on my watch list.

I've made some money on this one with "bounces" and short-term gains, but as far as long-term, I wouldn't feel comfortable. IMHO, there are many better opportunities out there. Whatever you do, good luck and, as always, do your own due diligence.
