Hey man I will help you. It is so easy. I just helped my friend at work sign up who has NEVER traded stocks before. All you do is go to their site. Tell them where they ask that you have at least 2 years of trading experience with another brokerage company. This might be a lie, but they do not check. Also make your financial situation "look" really good, as well as your job. That's it. My friend was accepted in about 5 minutes. To anyone that believes I am wrong for fibbing, oh well. I have already made about 200 trades since I switched from Ameritrade to Freetrade and that has saved me $2400 in less than 2 months (200 x $12). Good luck to ya.
