CARSON CITY, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 2004--Global eScience (Pink Sheets:GLBE - News) has completed its due diligence on the letter of intent to purchase a video entertainment company. This completes an additional step to finalizing the proposed purchase.
Virgil Hentz, Chairman and CEO of the Company, stated, "Having completed the review of the companies books and records, we found a profit was reached with each year of business. We are projecting a minimum cash flow of $50,000 per month. This revenue will be recognized without any additional changes to the operation of the video company. We will propose to the owners of the video company, that they continue on in a management capacity with the finalization of the purchase agreement."
