Is this the end? or a good thing?

1 for 14 reverse split effective April 30 2004...

I don't own or follow this one, but took a quick looksee at news article. Since this is a pinksheet it has no fundamentals that I can find.
The article did have two intresting comments.
1-This restructuring was paying dividends on two subsidiares.
2-These dividends would enhance current shareholders equity to a BookValue of $3.50.
If this stock paid regular dividends it would be very good, in any case @.108 it is a good buy compared to BV.
So 14000@.018=$252 TODAY
and 1000@.252=$252 TOMORROW

ANYONE OWN THIS STOCK?

What happened to the 1 for 14 reverse split targeted for April 30, 2004... My shares stayed the same...

Still no reverse split... they stated it would happen on 4-30-04...

Went from .01 to .02 in the last few trading days...

ANY ONE WATCHING THIS ONE? ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS ONE? I'm still holding 75000 shares and wondering what to do with them...

My experience is that after a reverse split...the stock often goes down. My opinion....sell what you have if you can.

EMAX is now EMXC... Reverse split this week 1 for 14...

Trading at .10 / anyone own this one out there and what do you think we can expect from this company ? back to sub-penny ?
