There was no jump following yesterdays news, which was suprising. From past PR's and emails from the company, they have alot of business lined up. I almost made 40% on this one a few weeks ago, but only ended up with like 10% gain. Im hoping for a repeat performance, only with better timing. When more news comes out this one may spike again like it did last year around this time. I have my buy order for .007.

mine didnt fill. There isnt much between here and .0099 either. Only NITE is at .009. Only one or two trades went through at 85. This one could be a good play this week and next depending on what PR's come out. The volume was low today, and i dont know what that means.

I've just been holding this one and watching. When it moves, nite backpeddles and thats all that slows it down. Last time it ran so fast I missed cashing out some of my shares. I think news has been good and company looks to be digging its way out of debt.
Volume has been low lately. Think its off most peoples radar.

What did you get in at? I got back in at .007 this morning, which i think is an excellent entry. Even .008 would be a nice entry because with all the news that may be released soon, this one could pop to over a cent like it when news came out earlier in march. Even if i can sell it at the ask (.0085) i still make over 20%.

at the moment I'm in very high, at .01, I got caught in a buy/sell on that one day run. I figured we'd rise for 3 days then it dropped.
>.007 is an excellent entry point, this doesn't go any lower. It bounces up routinely to .085 like you said. lasted tme it hit .09 I almost sold to try and buy again at .007 just never pulled the trigger.

Definately, IMO this should be playing better than last year and it hasn't. Looking at chart from last year, and this years work, I expect a nice jump. I'm still hoping to double by the end of April/May.

There was just a notification of a late 10K filing. This will probably include the revenue from all the site acquisitions they have been doing recently. How long will this delay be?

Pretty big spread on this one. Level II shows. Still good support at .07. .06 has even more.
Current BID ASK
.07 X .085
It bounces back and fourth. I still like this one. I think it will do well in time. Even though it is down for me right now I think it is a good long med - long term hold.

It has gapped like that for days. The volume was so low yesterday. I was lucky to get mine filled at 7. My question is if bid was at 7 the whole day, how come i was able to buy at that price?

TIM If I read the same PR as you did, my impression was that the market had already discounted that information. This was simply a statement that they had completed what several other recent PR's had stated. I thought this one would have moved a little quicker!! How many towers does it take to get a .001 bump? What people might not realize is that one site acquisition means about $10k in revenue for a company that in the past had almost none. The pps has characteristically jumped on news of new contracts, of which site acquisition is included. I think that when the frist quarter financials come out, it will contain good things (or at least better than previous ones where debt was a bigger problem than it is now.)

volume still low. its higher than yesterday though, which was suprisingly low. Yesterday, like 7% of the volume was me buying and i didnt even buy that much. I think that many people have forgotten about it now. Last year it spiked to i think almost 4 cents with some good news and news is expected soon that will be even better! People might want to wait till we see first quarter financials, which may be a good idea.

Your right, volume has been a little low lately on this one. It was up to around .05 last year at this time and I'd be surprised if we don't hit it this year again.
posted
The chances of hitting .05 are good this year beacuse of all the new business. The O/S on this one is not very high, at 710 million (compare this to ibzt's ~2.5 billion). I emailed Steve Troyan with some questions and things i wanted to clear up. One of them was exactly how many sites is central wireless dealing with and for how many has site acqwuisition been done and what is the timeline for construction. I'll let you know if i get a reply. This one really should be trading higher, and it probably will be trading higher this summer.

I really like this company, but the gap between the bid and ask is just too large for me to think about adding anything to my holdings. All it's been doing as of late is jumping from .007 to .008 to .007... I thought that we would have been through .01 by now.

Last 3 days lower volume than usuall! currently at around 100 thousand shars thates insanely low. Usually trades a few million maybe the calm before the storm?

Steve Troyan, the VP, replied to my email. there is nothing to be worried about. of the 22 sites that they were contracted to do acquisition and testing on, 20 or 21 of them will actually be built on (which is good that only one of the sites was not satisfactory.) The 10k will be filed next week.

I was thinking a while back that they actualy had a hand in building the towers. I stated this a while back and was corrected by someone.
Has anyone actually verified what ALL they do?
I like it, I own it, looking for a pop!
