First Canadian American Holding Corporation Updates on the Need for TECSTOR

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2005--First Canadian American Holding Corporation (Pink Sheets: FCAH) provides additional information on the need for TECSTOR - low-grade hazardous waste storage facility.

According to the Business Communications Company, Inc.'s website, "In 2003, the U.S. medical waste management and services industry was $1.8 billion. Expected to rise at an average growth rate (AAGR) of 5.7%, the market will exceed $2.4 billion in 2008."

Additional research showed an article written in the February 15th, 2004 edition of the Orlando Sentinel newspaper stating that: "The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has placed the island of Vieques - once a warfare state - training ground for the U.S. Navy - on its National Priorities List of toxic sites slated for cleanup. A section of the island, which lies seven miles east of the island of Puerto Rico, has been contaminated by more than 50 years of bombings and other training operations carried out by the U.S. military, said Kathleen C. Callahan, the EPA's acting regional administrator." The article goes on to say that "some of the same chemicals were discovered on the island of Culebra, which is about 10 miles north of Vieques."

Commenting on the findings Michael A. Gross of Terra Block, Inc. states, "I feel passionate that our TECSTOR - is the answer." TECSTOR stands for Terra Block Encapsulated Cell Storage. This unique building utilizing the Terra Block system is a new state of the art technology for the storage of low-level bio hazardous waste including medical and industrial waste materials.

Additional information that was provided by Mr. Gross came from the website worldinternetnews.net. In an April 1, 2004 article by Andrea Sutton it states that, "The U.S. military is the world's largest polluter, contaminating communities in the United States as well as overseas, according to an article in Censored 2003, a book that uses experts and media analysts to catalogue the 25 stories that the mainstream media most under-cover each year."

The primary method of hazardous waste storage in the United States is land disposal. The Deep well/Underground method, creates speculation that this could contaminate the earth and underground water supplies through leakage and eventually work its way to the surface. However the TECSTOR System which is the result of over 15 years of research and development is a containment remedy, which is the fastest growing method being utilized for hazardous waste storage. It is a state-of-the-art facility that provides safeguards that will insure the safe and permanent storage of the waste materials, allowing waste generators to affordably comply with federal storage laws. TECSTOR is also designed, that when the facility is full, the entire structure can be covered with dirt and grass seed planted, resulting in a natural looking berm.
