Integrated Software Development Wins Important Joint Tender WithHewlett-Packard Company

KIRYAT BIALIK, ISRAEL AND LAS VEGAS, NV, Mar. 15, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (OTC: ITDJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small and medium sized enterprises, announced today winning the joint tender with Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) to supply ISD's software solution, BENEFIT, to the Israeli Electric Company (IEC). This tender includes the sale and implementation of the software as well as a seven-year maintenance contract. This follows Integrated Software Development Ltd announcement on August 4, 2003 that it was participating in this important tender with Hewlett-Packard Company (HP).
