I have been in this for a long time from the charts it should not be moving upward but it is and has been for several days it is trading at .0024 right now. Is there some news on the horizon possibly?

Might be a good short term play, however the financial stats look pretty scary. Here's an excerpt from the last quarterly:
"As of March 31, 2003, we had a working capital deficiency of approximately $7,656,795.00 and an accumulated deficit of approximately $40,194,139.00. As of that date, we had approximately $0 in cash, $453,792.00 in accounts receivable, $49,103.00 of interest receivable and $25,942.00 of inventories. As of March 31, 2003, we had accounts payable and accrued expenses of approximately $3,218,246.00 and outstanding convertible debentures and convertible promissory notes of approximately $4,501,733.00 including convertible debentures and notes issued prior to the beginning of fiscal year 2003. To the extent convertible debentures we have issued are converted into shares of common stock, we will not be obligated to repay the converted amounts".
