A. This is voting stock only (300,000,000 votes) and has no monetary value.

Q. When does insider shares become unrestricted?

A. 110 million shares become unrestricted on April 16, 2004. However, 70 million will still be subject to rule 144, which means only 1% of the outstanding shares can be sold every 90 days or approximately 3.4 million.

Q. How many shares are outstanding and authorized?

A. Approximately 230 million are in the float and 110 million are restricted. Total outstanding is 340 million and 500 million authorized.
