First, due to the unknown ramifications surrounding the "mad cow" disease in North America the Company will resell its NutriFeeds' technology back to Strickland Technologies for a refund of the full purchase price. Additionally, the Company has added four new entities, in various stages of development.

Itsfun.com, Inc. a multidimensional entity will replace the void MP3.com and others have left in the marketplace, is scheduled to commence operations within the next 30 days.

Within 90 days the Company will introduce Women Informed.com, Inc., a venue about women for women. In September the Company will introduce The Employer, Inc., which will introduce white and blue collar workers alike to positions available locally, nationally and around the world.
