It means in after hours trading, someone probably put in an order for 9,000. That's all. There are no MM's in after hours trading. People can put in a buy or sell order for whatever they want, and unless a buyer or seller wants to buy or sell those shares for the same amount, the order will never fill. So most likely someone put in that large amount sometime after the market closed. Happens quite often, and you'll see bids for stocks trading 5-20 dollars have bids at .01 and stuff too.
