Ok, here's the deal. They will increase the Auth, and maybe do a RS. BUT, they can't til 3-23. In the meantime, they've run out of shares. SO, this is a situation like THTHF had in Sept.
Back in August, THTHF issued a news release that they were increasing the Authorized shares to UNLIMITED. That's right kids, UNLIMITED..lol. I can't find the news story right now, but you can read the posts starting here: http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=THTHF&startfrom=740
You see they were running out of shares, i.e. the OS was approaching the Authorized.

The reason it goes up is because of supply and demand. They've run out of shares to sell. It's perverse and counter intuitive, BUT just look at what happened to THTHF around Sept 15. And they said they were going to UNLIMITED Auth....lol.........z

Yeah, I don't get it Z. I hold a very small amount of shares in this one 20,000. On hearing the news they want to go from 500 million to 2 billion shares...I'm gonna sell, not buy more.

Cabbage. You're missing the point. They CAN'T do ANYTHING til 3-23 when the shareholder meeting is. I agree totally that this is a total POS piggie. But I'm pretty sure that it will fly....lol. Not for long, but maybe pretty high. I'm expecting at least a 2-3 bagger at entry here. Yesterday's volume was 12x the avg.....z

So you're saying since they cant dilute the stock anymore in the next month, this will decrease the selling pressure? I dont think so.
Dilution is an external factor. You need to think about the internal factors of the float at this point. With news of a higher auth, there will be more selling than buying, and was the reason for the recent selloff.
THTHF ran up off news releases of contracts, not because the market was loving the dilution
