SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VPER-- Viper Networks Inc. (OTC:VPER) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Adoria Communications LLC through a combination of cash and restricted stock. Adoria Communications is a debt-free, profitable, multi-million dollar global carrier of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) traffic based in Boston that terminates calls in 16 major foreign countries throughout the world with over 100 international partners. Ron Weaver, Viper Networks chief executive officer, commented, "The acquisition of Adoria Communications brings immediate and significant network traffic and revenue to Viper, and when fully-integrated with our Mid Atlantic International division, Viper will have a formidable footprint with dedicated routes to some the world's highest population centers for VoIP traffic termination. As Viper Networks continues its rapid growth, we will examine similar opportunities as they become available especially when they can make an immediate contribution to our bottom line and the services we offer". Weaver concluded, "My expectation is that Viper will soon be two full quarters ahead of its business plan in terms of revenue, profit, and expansion. With Adoria and Mid-Atlantic as part of the team, Viper Networks is now in a position to accelerate and penetration into key strategic markets worldwide."

I just put in an order for 1.13 (noticed it was at that price right now) hope it goes thru! looks like a good deal to me! PS: " markets innovative products and services including its "vPhone," a USB telephone device for Voice over the Internet calling" sounds like a cool invention, tho if people are smart enough to know how to do a voice connection on MSN, it is obsolete. All u need is MSN to ring continuosly when somebody wants to do a voice link...
