Hello,
I'm thinking of getting into some CTKH Monday, after I do some DD tomorrow, and I just want to know, does anybody have anything NEGATIVE to say? I've only really heard a lot of positive stuff and would like to know if anybody had anything negative to say and did not wanna rain the parade of those that think its a good company.

I've found one negative thing!
It would of been better to get in when the price was a little LOWER!

Please see link below..It is a long read but EXCELLENT info. Details the past year for CTKH. IF you think the news was not great you NEED to read this. Excellent interpretation of News Release.
We are in a great stock!

Yes, some of us speculate that it will, but thats just our opinion. I'm buying in Monday hoping to get in at around 0.0057-9.
Apparently there is a buyback happening which caused the price to go down, but as soon as the buyback is done it is meant to go up. (this was said in another thread). This is all just speculation however.

Here are my thoughts read or not.

I really like this board but there is
a tendancy to squash any opinions that
are not "very" positive. People have money
on the line and so this is understandable.

In the case of CTKH it comes down to a
case of perceptions, reality, and what
your goals are.

If you look at the Press releases for the
past three years you will see much of the
same promises that are in the most recent
releases. (We can all hope that they have
finally reached sugar candy mountain and
all of our dreams will come true... The
odds on the Virginia Lottery are about 1
in 40 million. Based on my past experience with
this company I figure my chances are pretty
much equal between the two)

I lost money when they did their last
reverse and subsequent name change. I
invested when it looked like a deal with
Motorola was just days away (a year plus
ago...)

Someone posted a link to pictures of
CETEK facility with a few furnaces in
the parking lot. I personally was not
that impressed. Didn't appear to be a
lot of pride in the facility based on
my impressions of the pictures (from
what I remember). Also did not appear
that to me that the sheet metal furnaces
were all that valuable either.

Having spent 7 years in England in the
US Military. I could see them purchasing
just about anything and considering it a
bargain. The British are good, honest,
hard working people.

The aspect of CETEK that could be valuable
is their process/mixture on the ceramics
which didn't appear to be getting that much
press lately.

So personally... I am not impressed with
CETEK.

Having said that though... I recently made
some very good money on ADZR and have a
chunk of fun money available. So on monday
morning I will try riding the wave with
everyone else.

I do hope that their prospects are much
better but I do not have any faith in the
company or the management.

Over the past 17 months I have taken 2k
and turned it into 28K. Most of my picks
are more longer term. Trying to find
good companies that will truly grow vice
riding shells and PR. I consider CTKH
a very speculative buy. If you do invest
watch it closely and know what your goals
with the stock are...

If you look at the most recent release
you will see references to profit 185%
above 2002. The question is How much was
2003? or 2002? There are many companies
using the Bush administration $4 billion
nanotech appropriation as a basis for their
potential/expected growth. There are no guarantees
that CETEK will benefit in any way from
this appropriation.

They talk about orders and meeting shipping
schedules. What are they shipping, quanity,
costs, and profit? Who specifically are their customers? These are all valid questions that you should ask yourself in
your DD.

Just a few thoughts from someone who is
not that enamored with this company.

Monday morning should be fun though and
I will be bidding along with everyone else on
this stock. I hope their future is great
so just like I do every week for the lottery
I am going to put money down on CETEK and
hope my numbers come up. (Knowing that my
chances of walking away with anything substancial isn't the most likely thing
in the world.)

For Monday I see the prices here beginning to dip. Charts IMO show a dip coming soon and I've had bad luck lately. I will wait to buy maybe charts will begin to change in A.M. or I read them wrong JMO.

Sure can man,

Though I am not impressed, it is our perceptions
that make the composite for everyones
reality.

Bottom-line is that it makes no difference
if this is a stellar or poor company. The
price will move on the positive PR and everyone
on the boards saying what a great company it is.

As Doji pointed out to me on the CETEK
thread when I outlined my concerns... it
was about the indicators and movement
not necessarily about the fundamentals
of the company itself.

I recently bought 300,000 shares of
SFII @.0017 then turned around the
next day and sold 150,000 at 2x the
price. There is nothing about SFII
that is good in my humble opinion.
The only thing going for it that I
can see, was a lot of talk on the boards.
So now I have 150,000 essentially free
shares of SFII. Hopefully it does
something in the future. Bottom-line
is it didn't really cost me anything.
(Also if you note SFII has dropped off
considerably over the past few days
not getting as much air time on the boards.)

Look at ADZR. I really like this company.
I bought at .025 and watched it move. If
you look at the last three months of movement... there was not anything there
in PR or other information that would propagate that type of movement. It was
folks building it up. I do think ADZR
will be a good profitable company in the
future (thus I still own several thousand shares). (At the same time though when the
price started hitting above $1.30 without
anything to back it up... I decided it
was time for me to get out and I sold the
majority of my stake with a high @1.27.)
It is now back to the 80's.

I am "not" going to get on any board and
talk favorably about any company I don't
truly believe in. I think CETEK is a
less than stellar company that may get
lucky at some point in the future. I
am trying to be honest in my assessment.
I am also trying to be honest when I say
I will ride the wave and try to squeak
out as many free shares as possible in
the next few months. If they do get
lucky I'll be in the game. (* Not to
mention I would like to recover from
my previous loss)

Also - After my first posts on the CETEK
thread and the responses... I decided that
the majority of folk on this board were of
the "if you can't say something nice... then
don't say nothin' at all" variety. I
really like this board and consider it one
of the best. So I am following suit. The
person who started this thread specifically
asked for any Negatives. So in the spirit
of collaboration and mutual benefit. I felt
obliged to offer my opinion and will not
do so unless asked. There are many questions
about this company that should be asked.
If Spork is new to this then they should
go in with eyes wide open.

right now I am fortunate that 55% of my
(just for fun 2k to 28k) portfolio is cash.
So even if I lose 1K it will not hurt my
feelings that much. If momentum carries
maybe I will make some $$$. But I am telling
you up front that I do not believe in this
company. (* You will not see me in the
cheerleader section until a contract with
Motorola materializes or until CETEK offers
up more information on production,
customers, competition, costs, profit,... *)

Hope this gives the visibility into my
post to answer your question.

Take Care,

shad

Sounds like an honest answer to me!
You must be able to trade during the day?
I got stuck once because I missed my exit price. The company really wasn't that impressive. It was suppose to be a fast in and out. I missed it and then bad news drove price down. I could of waited for it to raise but would of missed some fast trades.
Take care!

Would like to trade during the day
but I have a full time job. 60+ Hours
a week. I do this for fun in the evening
hours when I have time.

Basically for those with momentum... I put
in my purchase orders at night then check
to see which ones went through. For those
that do go through I immediately put in a
limit sell for 2x the purchase price. Then
check the next evening.

We are definitely at a disadvantage if you
dont have time during the day. Many missed
opportunities...

tyvm shadow, your posts really opened my eyes and made me think again before I get into some CTKH. As I am just starting now in stocks, I decided to put 1000 in a solid company, like UNH and 500 in a risky stock such as Cetek. Now I am wondering if maybe Cetek is too risky, and maybe I should get into something a bit more sure, or at least with 50% chance of success. But I'm also thinking, maybe if Cetek will be good in the short, and if I set myself a price to get out in the beginning, such as +60% from the price which I bought it at, then I could still make some money in Cetek, even though it is an unimpressive stock.

Spork,

I don't really offer advice since I do not
want to be responsible for any loses you
might incurr nor do I want to lead you down
the wrong path.

If you are starting out pole different folks
on this site. OM, MACH, Diana, Doji...
They appear to be doing well.

You really have to research on your own and
do your own gut check. I did not post to
deter you from CETEK just ensure you are
aware of the risks.

I wish you luck.
