today that it has taken steps to stabilize business activities and take
advantage of more than 80% debt reduction and significantly less legal exposure.

According to Robert C. Simpson, Chairman-CEO, "We are focusing on earning
revenues and profits by providing business development services for five clients
(strategic partners). Fees charged for these services should provide over
$2,000,000 this year from business development revenues plus expenses. Each
entity is a strategic partner which we hope to acquire in part or as a wholly
owned subsidiary."

"The debt reduction, reduced legal exposure and revenue generated could help us
achieve profitability as early as the second quarter of 2004," continues
Simpson.

ATNG received a request on January 27, 2004 from DK Holdings LLC requesting
information pursuant to SEC Rule 14d-5. That requested was rescinded by DK
