However, the most recent pr seems to be different. This is the first time they actually say they found diamonds. There is nothing unclear about the pr. Nothing implied, nothing hyped. They clearly say they found diamonds.

The other attractive thing is the price is very low right now because it's been pushed down (IMO) by MM's, naked shorts, day traders, the company themselves, etc.

All so they can buy much cheaper. It's possible it was pushed down so they can load up in anticipation of real news, such as the previously mentioned Diamonds discovered pr.

It's obvious from watching the trading patterns that it's been held back and/or pushed down. I bought in yesterday in the mid 0.03 range.

However, once it starts to go, I suspect it will really take off as a result of the most recent news. At some point they will want it to start going up. I suspect with the Diamond announcement, that time is now or very soon.

Also, if it's been heavily shorted as I suspect, the shorts will have to scramble to cover, which will force it up even more.
