IF ANY ONE CARES TO LOOK 5-7 DAYS AFTER EACH QR. STATMENT IS RELEASED THE STOCK JUMPS BACK TO .01 OR HIGHER. TO MAKE IT EVEN MORE INTERESTING YOU CAN GO BACK AND READ THE QR. THAT WAS RELEASED ON 05/20/03 SAME WORDING AS THE LATEST ONE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE #'S AND THIS TIME THEY THE 1ST CLUB UNDER THERE BELT.

Company just sent Special Mtg notice for 12/1 to double shares 500m to 1b. Claim they need to do this to raise money for first property or two as showpieces for chain. I AM HOLDING

Alright im convinced. It's tru this stock was just in the penny ranges a few weeks back. The volume looks good trying now to get in at .004 i wanted to get back in at .0035 but i guess i'll have to take what i get. Im hoping for the best here. Good luck to all of us the charts do look good. Hopefully these trends continue.

I set my order this morning for .0034 and had to leave the office ans came back an hour later without a purchase! Now I had to buy at .0042! Oh well...Im new and learning.lol

I"LL be the first to admit the penny game is foriegn to me. What is everyone talking about. I posted this am the fact they are planning to devalue your current investment by 100% to fund the FIRST income producing property. What am I missing ?

they already Aquired their first revenue producing club, its a top Nightclub in Toronto called the SEQUEL

Yeah that’s the news that caused the stock to plummet from 1.3 down to these levels..
Am I the only one remembering that this stock was supposed to be 4 pennies but then due to discontinuation of the deal they announced that they are opening a club that has already been open for few months under new management!!!
Anyway .. what ever it is ... even if it's boiler room with some guy pumping stock out of his apartment in Vancouver ... what ever it maybe be it's possible to ride the coaster I guess .. but there is no investing here .. only playing craps~!

On a good day a club like this provides a common income for the local investors. I see nothing here that will take it to the next level where they can market it to investors. Especially when they have sent me a "SPECIAL MEETING" prospectus explaining the details. I read aprox 150 annual statements a year and this one does not measure up. Sorry I put any $ into this one, ButI will hold and chalk it up to in experience in "PENNYS"

Nightclubs are money making machines,now if you string a few of them together and build a brand name and get some big investors to jump in anythings possible as far as share price, its called Vision not a bad gamble here at all jmho
