How do you guys feel about IBII and THTHF?

I was considering buying them on the dip that they have been experiencing...

THTHF has serious dilution problems. It recently reached .0018 recently, however and I'll buy if it gets that low again.

Hey Mach, what did you mean by this? Do you think they are going to go that high? Or is that a negative .5 and you think they are going to go that low?
