Great news! Even before christmas! Although time is running short.. but after some negative press about delaying it further, this is great news.

Stock up 20% after the news already (3 minutes ago)

iBIZ Technology Ships an All-in-One Sleek Case & Keyboard for PDA's

The always attached XELA Case/Keyboard becomes the perfect traveling companion for PDA's

PHOENIX, Dec 10, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT) today announced the XELA Case/Keyboard is now shipping. The ultra-compact XELA Case/Keyboard is the only keyboard on the market that is designed for conventional two-handed typing as well as single-handed input. IBIZ's patented design allows the XELA Keyboard to transform into a Case for your PDA right before your eyes.
"We are extremely pleased to begin shipping the XELA Case Keyboard," said Mark Perkins, Executive Vice President of iBIZ. "With over a year and a half spent in design and development, the finished product meets the highest expectations for portability and performance."

The XELA currently supports Palm's m500, m505, i705, Zire 71, and the Tungsten series. iBIZ soon expects to release versions of the XELA for Hewlett-Packard iPAQs and Dell Pocket PCs.

"The XELA brings an incredible amount of usability and value to handheld computers," added Perkins. "As we begin to experience a broader expansion of wireless PDA use, the always attached case keyboard will be a valuable tool for users worldwide who want to send e-mails and instant messages and do data entry on the fly."

Users merely need to open the protective cover, unfold the wings of the keyboard and it is ready for use. The XELA eliminates the need to carry a separate keyboard that has to be attached and set up. It has the smallest footprint of any "two-handed" keyboard and ships with a holster and belt loop, giving users convenient accessibility. The patented design also allows Palm synchronization and charging while attached to XELA, so there is never a need to remove your Palm from your XELA.

The XELA Case/Keyboard is viewable and can be ordered online by going to http://www.ibizpda.com/xela.html

I wonder how much gains it will give back when everyone figures out this is NOT the Virtual Keyyboard they have been waiting on......

Just a thought. I am in for a while.... not wanting to feed the bears.

Exactly.. this isn't "the" keyboard... but, there are so many new people getting in on this thing, they don't know any better. They are also dilluting the crap out of this thing... now over 1 billion O/S, over double what was O/S just a few months ago.

I've been holding this for months.. at a big loss right now, so as soon as this thing hit's the low to mid .004's again I'm out. This is tying up way too much of my money

It could be that they are ready to ship the other one also... humm....

A little pop on this release then another PR to fuel the fire.

I hope this happens. I think I will see green on this on though my entry was very much that of a novice.

Every once in a while I see things more clearly than before. I think I now have the ability to read the MACD a little better. My next buy should prove to be a better entry.

ibzt makes and markets a line of periferal devices for pda's. i thought this news of expanding their line was positive. in fact i like the idea od this type of heyboard that also is a case, better than the laser. i will look for one next trip to los angeles. we already knew the laser keyboard wasn't going to be shipped until 2004. if they want to expand their product line, i like it.

i agree this has been languishing for quite some time. i was buying at .0025 yesterday.

do your own dd, but i haven't given up on this one yet.
