Pinnacle Business Management Inc. Announces Name Change to Serac Holdings 4/1/2004 3:09:00 PM
LAS VEGAS, Apr 1, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Pinnacle Business Management Inc. (Pink Sheets: PCBM) announced today that the company has changed its name to Serac Holdings. The company has also applied for a new cusip number. Management is continuing to seek viable companies for merger candidates. Pinnacle would like to thank its shareholders for their patience during this transition period.
1. They're telling you they are looking for a fresh start by changing the name to SERAC .
2.They have applied for a new cusip #,which requires all brokerage firms, etc. To account for all shares.(Naked Shorting Law now in effect).Short Squeeze,,,,
3.They didn't pull a Reverse split with the name change and cusip # request, which they could have easily accomplished.
4.They are telling you that they are searching for merger candidates, but in reality ,one or two may have already been found,,,,,,just a hunch,,,but seems implied by the wording.
5.They are telling their "Loyal" (longs I'm sure) Shareholders to stay the course,,,A big tip off that ,,there is more to come and it will be nothing but good.
Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) Developed by Marc Chaikin, the Chaikin Money Flow oscillator is based on the level of the close relative to the high/low range. Accumulation or buying pressure is present when prices close in the upper half of the day's range on increased volume. Distribution or selling pressure is evident when prices close in the lower half of the day's range with increased volume. Because the change from close to close is not considered in the calculation, a security can close lower (higher) and still exhibit signs of accumulation (distribution). The Accumulation Distribution Line, also developed by Chaikin, is based on this same methodology. Whereas the Accumulation Distribution Line provides a cumulative reading, CMF is based on a set look back period. For daily charts, this is typically a 21-day smoothed average that fluctuates between +1 and -1. Readings above +.10 (+10%) indicate accumulation/buying pressure and readings below -.10 (-10%) indicate distribution/selling pressure. See ChartSchool article on Chaikin Money Flow.
