NPWV - looks like it will become a major competitor of Ebay with great news out lately. Currently, a major correction is underway...I'm looking for a good entry point, once the sell-off is completed amd I am starring at the charts. Anyone else following the stock?

well, I am still watching it...looks like the bollinger are ever slowly closing. The stock just lost 15 %.

This is a LT play...and buy and hold stock..very old-fashioned..don't know if I am ready for such a long-term relationship ;-)

Can't believe this one is not getting attention!
To me it looks like one of the most promising stocks around - they will become a serious challenger to Ebay/Paypal...

GreenZap Membership up 20% in Last 30 Days totalling 350 000 registered users! GreenZap is rated in the top 1% of websites in the world!

Tuesday October 11, 4:01 pm ET

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 11, 2005--GreenZap, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NPWV - News), a provider of secure online payment services, announced today that over the last 30 days its membership has grown 20% totaling over 350,000 registered account holders. The company also reported that it has received over $22 million in transactional requests since its launch in early June of this year.

GreenZap Vice President of Marketing Linda Murphy stated, "Each week we send out ZapWeekly (e-newsletter) to our community detailing new GreenZap innovations. Within ZapWeekly members are encouraged to refer other account holders to earn rewards. Rewards and consumer confidence regarding our security and functionality are the two sole reasons we continue to see double digit spikes in enrollment each week."

GreenZap rewards its account holders with up to $50 in WebCash for opening an account, and further rewards them $5 in WebCash for telling others about GreenZap. WebCash can be used to cover GreenZap transaction fees, to purchase goods and services at discounted rates through GreenZap Storez or used at auction sites, where individuals advertise their terms of WebCash acceptance.

"Our member incentive referral program seems to be yielding strong results. They've already exceeded internal expectations," said Murphy.

In addition to the membership, GreenZap also reported surpassing their transactional targets yielding over $22 million in transfer requests since June 2005. Transactional requests include all money transfers in and out of the GreenZap system. According to GreenZap CEO, Damon Westmoreland, "Our transactional volume has consistently been growing and projections show it tripling with the integration of credit card acceptance launching this week."

As an agent, GreenZap holds member funds in an FDIC insured bank account.

About GreenZap, Inc.

WebCash, GreenZap's rewards dollar, is an electronic currency that can be spent at partnering merchants and used to pay for GreenZap transaction fees.

Interesting stock here. The way I see it, they will either become a major competitor to Paypal, or they will be overwhelmed by the bigger players and squashed out of biz.

My gut feel is however, that they are in a massive growth phase and are just now getting recognized. I have sold a few things on Ebay and I really hate the pricing structure for paypal for use as payment. A flat fee structure makes alot more sense.

If they can continue this growth, then I would see them as a real threat to paypal, and with that, Ebay will be looking to eliminate the competition by buying them out! I am keeping an eye on this one!

have u used their services? is it reliable?

I want somehow disenchanted when it took customer service a week to respond to an inquiry!

Also, their WebCash scheme seems somehow suscicious..they give it away, and presumably you can purchase products from their vendors? How can this work? other BB have ripped it apart...

I got in * .33 - bailed out * .42...thinking about entering again as soon as the chart looks better...

hey guys, i jsut want to start off by saying i am in no way a pumper for this stock. i am a college student and interested in pennies. i came accross this company when i was doing research for school and just fell in love with it.

I dont know about you guys but i use paypal and i feel that this is going to be a very strong competitor. And YES i have tried this service out already and it seems to run smoothly for me. People are skepical about this company i understand because it's so new and they have yet to prove themselves. but in my opinion there are so many more options and rather than paypal charging a percentage for every transaction they are a flat fee.

Some people ask why they are giving out webcash for free, in my opinion being a marketing major, perfect strategy to attract customers. everyone wants free things, why not give away free money. You cant take it and deposit it into your bank account but u can use it with them just like money. And the best part is that if you get friends to join you earn webcash again AND if your friends get friends u stil earn more webcash.

Like i said they are very new and are just getting started. They are supposed to have a national campaign launched soon to start advertising GreenZap to the world. If and when they do i think its gonna really shoot up this stock and make the company part of the big players in their market.

the only way to really understand this company is to go to the website. Greenzap.com . check it out post what you think about them. and if anyone is interested in joining, drop me an email and i'll send u a link so u can sign up and get $25 in webcash. email me at calipt*msn.com subject: GreenZap

good luck guys and hope to hear your comments here soon!!

GreenZap Announces Strong Fourth Quarter Earnings Growth, Increasing 48% Over Q3
Monday October 24, 9:01 am ET

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2005--GreenZap, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NPWV - News), a provider of secure online payment services, announced today that its fourth quarter 2005 revenue earnings are already showing a 48% increase over its third quarter. The company attributes the growth to some major additions made during the third quarter including adding credit card processing, an enhanced rewards program and an online store where account holders can shop with hundreds of merchants at discounted rates.

"The response to the Storez has been overwhelmingly positive. We projected our revenues to increase with the addition of credit cards and the Storez, but we are elated with the actual response and numbers," said GreenZap CEO Damon Westmoreland.

GreenZap's online store called GreenZap Storez is a value-add for members and is a way for the company to drive transactional volume. The Storez feature discounts from merchants like Office Depot, eToys and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The company is working on phase two of the Storez where the company says preferred merchants will accept a portion of the sale price in WebCash, GreenZap's rewards dollar, further increasing the savings to its members.

According to GreenZap Division President Alex Sonkin, "We have been making great strides in our affiliate program and expect to see continued growth in the way of new members, participating merchants and gross revenue."

As a means to drive membership, GreenZap rewards account holders with up to $50 in WebCash for opening an account. WebCash can be used to cover GreenZap transaction fees, to purchase goods and services at discounted rates through GreenZap Storez or used at auction sites, where individuals advertise their terms of WebCash acceptance.

Hi - I just found this board looking for more information about GreenZap....

Since I use eBay a lot, I understand the specific industry pretty well. I thought that this would be a good time to learn about micro cap stocks.

I see huge shifts in the price interday, but other than market timing, I don't see why people would gamble here.

From a revenue perspective, they have three sources of income:
#1 Payment Processor -
GreenZap has been explicitly banned from Ebay.
GreenZap gives away enough "WebCash" to pay for the first 25 transactions.

Who needs more than 25 transactions that is not using eBay?

#2 Gold Memberships-
I read that GreenZap sold about 2,000 gold memberships for $100 each... For a total of 200k, but I have heard not many people are buying them now.

#3 The Stores-
They only have a few direct relationships with vendors - the rest are from one of those affilliate programs like Commission Junction. This might be their best source of income but how can you pay a staff on commissions????

How is this company going to generate any revenue? I just don't see how they can survive?

Is this something were perception is more important than fundamentals? Am I too focussed on the company and ignoring how the street is interpritting the company? They have wild swings - which means some people must be making money here.

NPW issued 75 million shares for the greenzap purchase so there are at least that many shares outstanding. who knows how many shares are outstanding on top of that. too bad they are on the pinksheets, they probably won't be making any SEC filings anytime soon.
