MIAMI, Feb. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telatinos Inc. (Pink Sheets:TLNO), a Latin American VoIP and communication service provider, today announced the Company has formed VoIPlabs Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary). The Company is finalizing the acquisitions of three independent, US-based VoIP, data & communication corporations that will be housed in VoIPlabs Inc. The Company will announce officers and directors of VoIPlabs shortly.
