To amend the Company's Certificate of Incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares of Common Stock from 200,000,000 shares to 600,000,000 shares.

And

Negative cash flow and losing money! the Company is in the development stage with no sales

so ya never know but....

launching a product sometime in 2005.

I would not buy at first glance.... not at $.50
