I'm sure many of you dimers have heard of Usurf, formerly UAX when is was listed on amex.

Since UAX got delisted from amex, it got bumped down to the pinks, where its price immediately dropped from about .21 to .08, with no reason other than being bumped down.

USUR, the new symbol is now being traded on the OTCBB. After a week or so of having only 2 or 3 MM's making a market for the stock, there are now many MM's participating and the stock is getting liquid.

Over the past few days, the stock has moved up from the .10 range to a close of .145 on Friday.

Keep your eyes on USUR, IMHO it will test its previous price levels near .20-.30 in a matter of days or weeks. Volume has been increasing, the PR's are being put out to make bagholders from the delisting happy.

USurf Rides The Acquisition Wave
By Susan Rush
April 21, 2004
news@2 direct
USurf America seems to be on another shopping spree. Today, the fixed wireless service provider announced its second acquisition in as many days. The latest: USurf has purchased wireless broadband provider Waveramp.

Waveramp is based in Colorado, which represents USurf's key service markets. Although financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, USurf will assume responsibility for an existing year-old contract between Waveramp and Forest City Stapleton Land, which calls for the delivery of wireless data services to a 4,700-acre master planned community in Stapleton, Colo. The community, which will sit on the old Denver airport site, is in its third year of a 15- to 25-year buildout. When complete, the community will be home to 12,000 homes and apartments, 3.5 million square feet of retail space and 10 million square feet of office space.

Yesterday, USurf announced it had acquired all of the outstanding stock of Get-A-Phone, which provides telecom services in Texas. Terms of that deal were not disclosed.

Last year also was a busy buying year for USurf. In October, the company signed a letter of intent to acquire Apollo Communications, which had more than 5,500 customers and equipment located in Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and southwestern Colorado. In August, the company announced two acquisition deals. It made a deal to acquire Pipeline Networks of Colorado to gain access to roof rights on 12 properties as well as further its deployment plan for its wireless broadband network. It also snapped up the business and intellectual properties of Children's Technology Group Inc., d/b/a/ MomsandDads, a Golden, Colo.-based company providing a content-protected online environment for children.
