Well, not sure what that news has to do with it's current trading, as if you look at the chart you can see after that news was released, it had a few good swings both directions, but since it has been trading almost completely sideways.
It has had a little run the past couple days, it is sitting on top of the top bollinger band, and bouncing off resistance. The MACD did just cross the 0 line, and CMF is positive.. so, hard to say what it's going to do.
It could just continue moving sideways, unless there is increased buying and more volume, you could see it run past the .285 resistance into the .3 range.. but the next hurdle would be .33
So I wouldn't expect any huge run, but if could pop up back to around .3, and if things do continue, it could go farther, but I don't think you'd see that happen without more volume and/or news.

I look at the chart,(event if I don't know much about TA), read a stock report of Frazier Research, analyze a little bit the fundamental and try to understand the CEO plan for the future. I feel good about this one but still don't understand why this stock only trade between .22 and .33 cents for about 5 month. It seem under-valued when you see profit of 52%!
