The Company is very pleased to report a very strong response to the introduction
of BITEM DENTAL PRODUCTS at the International Dental Convention held in Cologne,
Germany, March 27 to 31, 2001. ThermoElastic Technologies, Inc. received 86
requests for BITEM Dental Product Distributors/Dealerships from a total of 40
countries, including the USA, Japan, Korea, Germany, the Czech Republic, South
Africa, Italy, England Hong Kong, Thailand, India, Switzerland, Indonesia,
Holland, Spain, Israel and France amongst many others.

On April 25, 2001 we saw the introduction of our BITEM (Biocompatible Intraoral
Thermo Elastic Material) to the North American Plastics Industry. It was
received with much enthusiasm and management is very excited with its immediate
success. Orders for some product were taken and many companies expressed a
strong interest in utilizing BITEM to solve industry problems.

The transition from 2000-2001 has been difficult for many investors. The
management at ThermoElastic Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: TMRO) would first like to
take the time to thank our current shareholders for their continued support. We
realize that the price of our stock has fallen dramatically over this time but
management has set a course of action to ensure continued growth and shareholder
value.

In developing our future plans we have closely monitored the trading patterns of
our stock. Management believes that, in addition to general market conditions
and the Company's performance, the fall in the Company's stock price is due to
"short selling" of the stock. Traders who establish a short position sell stock
that they do not own by borrowing shares from a broker, which eventually needs
to be returned at a later date. If the price of the stock falls, short sellers
buy the stock back in the market at a lower price and return those borrowed
shares to the broker.

It is important to note that "short sellers" are profiting not from shares that
they own, but from shares that they borrow. Many times investors do not realize
those short sellers might be borrowing their shares and working against them to
depreciate the stock price. If your shares of ThermoElastic are registered in
your firm's name and not your own (which is usually the case unless arranged
otherwise), your broker is free to lend these shares out to "short sellers"
without notifying you.

Fortunately, there are ways to combat short selling. I would like to encourage
all Shareholders to take these measures. By calling your Broker and having your
stock taken out of your Broker's name or Street Form, you are drastically
reducing the amount of stock that "short sellers" are able to borrow. In doing
so, nothing happens to the ownership of the stock. You are simply and rightfully
registering your stock in your name to prevent "short sellers" from using it
against you.

Registering the stock in your name may, however, increase the time and effort
necessary to sell your stock, since the stock will have to then be reregistered
in Broker's name or Street Form for sale.

In closing, we are strongly encouraging ThermoElastic Shareholders to call their
Brokers and register the stock in their own name. We feel that while this is
harmless to the Shareholder it will have a great impact on combating the short
selling of our stock. Management believes taking such action will compliment our
planned course of action for increased shareholder value. Thank you for taking
the time to consider this important matter and for your continued support of
ThermoElastic Technologies, Inc. Let's make 2001 a great year.
