I am not a Day Trader, although I have Day Traded on a P.T. scale. Can you not just blow TD off and open an acct offering discounted trading rates, I can not see why some top U.S. trading firm upon a deposit of U.S. funds wouldnt take your business ? Thats what I would do or try and do.

etrade charges $26.99 but the more you trade the less it costs down to $19.99. If you are an active trader you get alot of valuable tools. http://www.etrade.ca/
Your account is in real time. No waiting for settlemants. You can buy one minute and sell the next.
