Art, I posted this on the other thread as well, but I wanted to make sure you took a look at this.

The Annual report says that:

As of February 14, 2005, 1,086,561 shares of our common stock were issued and outstanding.

Is this possible? Hell I own 275,000 shares.

Don't know. Buy more and then you will own the company, but then can you pay off their debts?

Yes, must be a mistake or you own over 25% of the company.

I'm not sure yet, we'll see what the stock does in the upcoming weeks...I wonder if I try to sell my shares whether I'd have to file a 144...LOL

I suppose it would...I got to get someone on the phone about this. As amuzing as it is, it really would be nice to know if this company is going to start printing up more shares left and right.

Well, I finally have figured out the problem, and i don't like it. As of feb. 14, there were only 1,086,561 shares outstanding, but on feb. 18, 200,000,000 shares were authorized.

The only good news is that Axia now owns D&R Crane, which seems to be doing allright as a going concern.
